The 1958 Isle of Man races were part of the World Road Racing Championship. This edition was marked by the total dominance of MV AGUSTA (in the four solo classes). John Surtees won in 350cc and 500cc, Tarquinio Provini won in 250cc and in 125cc the winner was Carlo Ubbiali. In the Sidecars, the victory went to the duo Walter Schneider/H. Strauss in BMW.
