Wayne Gardner, 1990, Brno. The 2T 500cc were indomitable as a result of the pointed character of the engines combined with the abundant power and the absence of electronic aids, leading to monumental highsides such as the one shown here. The sensitivity that riding these bikes required meant that, with some frequency, riders who moved from the 250cc took some time, in some cases they never managed to, until they matched the lap times they could in the lower class!
